That can’t be healthy

I’m still struggling to get used to things like food expiring, so I’ve been trying to keep that in mind as I work my way through what I have in the fridge.
It doesn’t help that Jess’ mom will buy me things like a gallon of milk, a pound of bacon, etc.
Anywho - in an effort to not have to throw it out, I had a sandwich for dinner last night with ten slices of bacon on it.
Kinda like a BLT, except more like a BBB.

Food Saving Tips!
When you get meat home from the store, open the package and wrap it in cling wrap or foil, and put the foil wrapped thingies in a ziplock. Write on the ziplock what it is, and when you packed it (Chicken Breasts - Aug 4 08).
Bacon freezes well. Do the same with the bacon, only you can line it up on one big piece of foil and make a big bacon roll. Just unroll what you need!
Bread keeps longer in the fridge. Sandwiches made from this bread are doublegood if you toast them a bit first.
